iPhone 5 chemical study - Apple is green eco-friendly

The Apple iPhone 5 has been making waves. It’s expected despite the many issues and errors on the Apple Maps app and that purple flare from the camera. But years from now, we’ll find the iPhone 5 and our other gadgets in a landfill. They will be trash and no longer useful.

But since there is a call to go ‘green’ now, companies like Apple are called to make products that are environment-friendly as much as possible. It’s a tough challenge but Mother Earth needs a lot of TLC right now.

According to iFixit and HealthyStuff, Apple was able to decrease the toxin levels of the iPhone 5. This means the smartphone is not harmful like other models.

There are still small traces of lead, mercury, chlorine, and bromine but very far from the other products from other manufacturers. All these and more make the Apple iPhone 5 more environment-friendly than its rivals.
