Sales for the Chevrolet Volt was great in September with 2851 Volts sold, which is up from August sales of 2,831 Volts sold and August was already a great month for them. In fact it was a record month, with the most Volts being sold in the U.S. in one month. Now GM must be elated with these figures, though critics question whether the sales were legitimate.
As for Nissan, despite the terrible reputation of their Leaf, sales went up from 685 units sold in August to 984 units sold in September. That’s great news for Nissan, that despite the bad image consumers are still interested in their Leaf.
If the sale figures continue to climb this way, very soon there will be copious amounts of EVs on the Us highways.
