Nokia is losing some percent of the mobile market in Germany. This is according to a recent comScore report which said that market share of Nokia smartphones in the country has gone down to 17.7 percent in August.
Last year, Nokia captured 31 percent of the German smartphone market. And in the US, share is down to 3.5 percent from 5.2 percent last year.
Nokia is failing in many regions and this is bad for the smartphone business. The former top phone manufacturer actually lost 1.4 billion euros last quarter. We’re hoping the release of the Nokia Lumia phones would somehow help Nokia.
