Starting today you can now roam through the virtual isles of a new Toys R Us outlet, a new shopping haven where the kiddos could flick through an offering of streaming rentals and full downloads of more than 4,000 movie titles and television shows. welcome to Toys R Us Movies!The new service coming from the toy retail giant offers rentals for 24 hours starting at $2.99 and in case the baby likes to watch a certain Teen Titans episode five times a day, you can download titles for offline viewing starting at $0.99, with most of the shows priced at $1.99.
Toys R Us Movies will need debit or credit cards for purchases, but the company also plans to sell movie gift cards this fall. The current site can be accessed by any device with Flash support but expect expansion of the service to portable devices and entertainment systems in the near future.
