
U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh issued an order which lifts a three-month-old ban on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in US market. The order, states:“After the conclusion of a three-week trial in this case, the jury returned a verdict finding that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not infringe Apple’s D’889 Patent. ECF No. 1930 at 7; ECF No. 1931
at 7.

Samsung meanwhile welcomes the good news and states that the court decision vindicates its position that there was no infringement of Apple’s design patent and that an injunction was not called for.
