Intel recently acquired the company Ziilabs through Creative Technology to the tune of $50 million. Ziilabs is popular for the ZMS-20 and ZMS-40 chips ideal to use for Android services.
Ziilabs, based in UK, will use the $30 million for asset sales, as well as, engineering resources. No idea yet how Intel will use Ziilabs’ technology exactly but we’ll know soon.
