Looks like a Samsung and Apple settlement is impossible. Samsung said they won’t settle but it’s looking into the Apple-HTC settlement according to some reports. The December 6 meeting has yet to happen but before that day, Samsung has just filed another blow against Apple. This time, patent ifringement lawsuits that include that iPad Mini, the new iPad, iPad 4, and the latest iPod touch. Nothing really is new as allegations were the same as with the iPhone 5 case.
It gets crazier everyday. I wonder what will be the decision on December 6.
