So much has been said about the Apple-Samsung patent battle. Samsung was asked to pay $1 billion last September by the ITC. Samsung asked for a review and the December 6 hearing has been set. Just recently, Samsung complained over a juror’s misconduct.
Samsung isn’t giving up a fight. It’s very own Shin Jong-kyun, mobile and IT division head, even said that “without Samsung-owned wireless patents, it’s impossible for the Cupertino-based Apple to produce its handsets.”
This makes Samsung very arrogant in my opinion but what do you think of his statement?
