A couple of weeks ago Sharp introduced a new AQUOS phone that features an IGZO display. This week, we’re seeing a 7-inch AQUOS tablet known as the Aquos PAS SHT21. Features include a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, Android 4.0 LTE, 1.5GHZ Dual Core CPU, and is waterproof. Phone will will out in Japan this coming December 7 via the KDDI store.
