The International Trade Commission is saying once again that RIM and Apple do not violate Kodak’s patent. The latter is disputing that the two companies with their BlackBerry and iPhone units do violate Kodak’s photo preview patent. Read more

Apple and Chinese company Proview may be battling over the iPad trademark but China Mobile is said to be teaming up with the Cupertino company. The largest phone company in terms of the number of subscribers (667.2 million as of March), China Mobile plans to sell the iPhone in the country. It’s believed that discussions are underway as both Apple and the mobile carrier what to strengthen their ties. Read more

New Apple rumor: the iMac, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air lineup will be updated. This is according to Barclays Capital analyst Ben Reitzes who predicts that Intel Ivy Bridge processors will be coming to the Apple computers. A new OS X and iOS are also arriving together with a smaller iPad. Read more
