Any Lego-theme product is a winner for me. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve featured a Legofied item and I know there won’t be an end to this. No thanks to groups like the Vitamins Design who are always coming up with geeky stuff like this Lego Calendar that uses whatelse–lego bricks.
I think I can make something like this but taking a photo of one part then sending it to an address would yield a Google Calendar equivalent as a reply. How is that possible? Block placement is read and translated.

Even if Apple hasn’t introduced an official smartwatch and being a revolutionary brand, I’d like to think that we are entering a smartwatch era. With all the smartwatch introductions we’ve been hearing lately, that wrist gadget is bound to be very popular as it is useful.
Yesterday, we learned about Nest working on a smart smoke detector called Protect. We have yet to see the actual product and service but Nest has more in store for us. Nest wants more geeks to be involved by launching a developer program. You know what this means: anyone can make a web app for the Learning Thermostat and Nest’s future devices.
If not a smartphone, there’s a smartwatch you can use. But soon enough, another smart product will be more popular: a Smart Shirt.
