Google’s Chromebook offerings have been successful so far. They are low end and cheaper priced netbooks but for those who want the same platform but running on a higher-specced machine, there’s the Chromebook Pixel. Nothing has been made official yet but so many rumors have been heard about this thing. A video showing what could be the actual Chromebook Pixel was spotted. Aside from the Excite tablet, Toshiba is proud to announce two new all-in-one computers that run Ivy bridge processors by Intel. The LX835 and the LX815 are almost the same in many ways: Ivy bridge processors, LCD displasy, 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, HDMI port, four USB 2.O, and USB 3.0 ports for each. The only difference is the display size– 23.inch for the LX835 and 21-inch for the LX815. Read more

Nothing too special with this Samsung for the adults as it is made for the kids and the kids at heart. I know Pororo because of my two-year old toddler. It’s one of the first few cartoon characters that he liked. This little penguin is such a cutie I won’t have having its face plastered on my laptop’s lid. But then I won’t allow that to happen to my MacBook so this Samsung netbook will suffice even if I have to spend a few hundred dollars more. Read more

2012 may be the year of Ultrabooks but HP isn’t done yet with netbooks. Recently introduced is the HP Mini NM10 that boasts of great specs for a price so affordable at $399. The netbook is idea for educational and even professional use because it packs a a 1.6GHz Atom N2600 processor, good enough for regular computer use.
