[IFA] LG to introduce the first ever game conversion software for the android market at IFA

August 30, 2011

LG 3D Game

For those avid gamers that have it in them to create 3D games and have always wanted to do so for the android market, the opportunity is coming! LG plans to introduce the ‘world’s first 3D game conversion’ software for smartphones. And where is this introduction likely to take place? At the IFA, of course.

This might make 3D games the next generation of gaming enjoyment in the cellphone market, and is likely to give 2D games a good run for the money. I can imagine all of the cool ideas that my gaming development university friends are likely to come up with and look forward to laying my hands on these soon.

The convertor is expected to be released in the first Maintenance Release for the Optimus 3D, in October.  All you need to do is enable the converter, after which the device will check if the game is convertable, and if it is then you would be enjoying 2D games on 3D within seconds.
