Samsung Galaxy S III arriving this May?

The Samsung Galaxy S III won’t be officially announced at the Mobile World Congress this February. It’s still in the works and according to ETNews of Kore, the smartphone will be thinner at 7mm. The phone’s PCB, chip, and connectors will be downsized by about 20 percent, will run Ice Cream Sandwich, and powered by a quad-core processor among others. BlackBerry 10 ‘London’ Superphone Image Leaked

If the leaked image is actually legit, then RIM’s rumored new phone is indeed a Superphone, design-wise. Based on the leaked image, the new phone looks like a scaled-down Playbook and is expected to run the Blackberry 10 OS, based on QNX. Expected under the hood are Texas Instruments’ OMAPS and Qualcomm 1.5GHz dual-core chips and could possibly be launched after two other models code named Laguna and Lisbon.
