Facebook’s Initial Public Offering was already made official. We expected it last May 7 and it did happen. The amount of 11 billion dollars is ready for the public and a series of roadshows are being held. The first one was held in New York City and Zuckerberg was able to attend (Of course, he should.) Sadly, on the second roadshow in Boston, the young CEO was a no-show. No reason was given by Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg but she was still ready to answer all questions thrown at her by more than 200 attendees, most of which were potential investors. The top Finnish manufacturer is extending the deal with Carl Zeiss. Hitachi, Toshiba and Sony’s Japan Display Merger Starts Production

The merger between Sony, Toshiba and Hitachi’s small and medium-sized touchscreen LCD making divisions called Japan Display has started operations on April 1. This merger, announced August of 2011 and formalized in November of the same year, gives each company a 10 percent stage in the new firm while the remaining 70 percent is held by government-funded innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ). With the 200 billion yen or around $2.4 billion investment by INCJ, Japan Display currently has 230 billion yen in capital. via
