Honda has introduced the new HondaDog App. You can say it’s for the dog lovers but it really is more for the drivers. Well yeah, for the drivers who love dogs.
The driving app is a travelling companian avatar on a smartphone that integrates with your car’s dashboard system. It’s a virtual pet dog that helps as you drive.
Think of it as Tamagotchi but it’s a sociable character that can interact with other HondaDogs, of course, those who have the HondaDog app also installed on their phones.
I wish I could drive a Tesla but I know I won’t be able to own one anytime soon. It’s too pricey. Maybe a decade from now?

We’ve seen numerous Segway rivals already but Toyota’s Winglet looks like a killer. This thing is now being tested in Japan. The first edition can be steered by the users’ knees but the newer version uses steering pillar-and-wheels combination. Trial will continue until March 2016 so that means Toyota has more than three years to test if the Winglet is safe. mehr »
