Yesterday, we learned Apple disclosed about 4,000 to 5,000 customer data were requested by the U.S. law enforcement. Yahoo followed by revealing how many requests we made by the government: between 12,000 and 13,000 requests. According to Google, success of a movie in the box office can be predicted. The search giant can possibly calculate the probability up to four weeks before the release of a film. Data will be based on searches for the movie or the trailer and Google could see the about 94 percent of the expected revenue. mehr »

Bad news: Google engineering team is putting an end to the Chrome Frame Plugin. The Chrome Frame is a secure plug-in that helps bring a modern engine to old Internet Explorer versions. Google developed this to help developers bring more browsing experiences to more users. Those who use old tech (aka IE) are even supported by this.
