Nothing is sure yet but HP is believed to be releasing a tablet. I’m a bit suprised since after the HP webOS tablet, we’ve been hearing less from the company and now this. I’m sure this won’t run webOS or Android but Windows Phone 8 based on the image.

The HP Slate 8 boasts of the following:

• HP ProtectTools software
• TPM embedded security device
• Computrace support
• Multi-touch or digital pen input
• Outdoor viewing option
• Enterprise level dockingI guess we just have to wait for an official announcement or a denial.
