Panasonic outs Android-powered UN-W700 compact device

Panasonic UN-W700 android device

Panasonic says its latest UN-W700 isn’t a tablet. It’s just a compact video device that runs Android 2.3. This new media system features a 7-inch display screen with 800×400 resolution, SDXC card slot, DLNA, and a front camera that can be used for video calls.

So it’s not a tablet? I see this as a more advanced digital frame as it can accommodate Google Play and a $446 price tag. Available this coming July 25.
