Samsung, Google to release software patch; aims to avoid patent infringement

samsung google vs apple

We all know that Samsung’s appeal for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales ban has been denied. The same thing happened to the Galaxy Nexus, unfortunately. It could also happen to Galaxy S III if and when Apple becomes successful.

The battle is worse than ever. But Google and Samsung have a plan to bring the Android devices to the market by releasing a software patch that avoids patent infringement as claimed by Apple.

Google’s Play store lists the Samsung Galaxy Nexus sans the said software update. As the first Android phone to run Ice Cream Sandwich, the Nexus is important to both Google and its maker. It’s also one of those handsets that are believed to get Jelly Bean.
